We are a husband-and-wife managed adult care home in the heart of old town West Linn, Oregon. With backgrounds in vascular sonography, geriatric psychiatry, and medical-surgical nursing- along with a master's degree in nursing and certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner- we bring a deep, well-rounded understanding of both the medical and emotional needs of older adults.
Our home features a brand-new, thoughtfully designed addition created specifically for our residents. This spacious extension offers five private resident rooms- each with its own private bath and select walk in closets- offering both comfort and privacy.
We are committed to creating a warm, welcoming environment that truly feels like home. Our approach blends clinical expertise with heartfelt, individualized care- ensuring each resident is supported with dignity, safety, and compassion.
